I was listening to the radio this morning and they said Pioli is pretty interested in getting his buddy Kirk Ferentz from Iowa. I remember seeing his name a lot before we hired Mangini. He was with Belichick and Pioli in Cleveland.

Poor old Herm never catches a break.

I'd kind of like to see the way Herm works under a guy like Pioli. I have to think that has all the makings of a toxic relationship, and Herm could be pure entertainment once again.

Who would he blame when he had the right players and a good FO?

So does Belicheck give this guy the cold shoulder too?

Everyone is fleeing the pats like a sinking ship it seems.

I doubt this guy tried to steal his football savant on the way out the door.

I had dinner with a friend of mine that was laid off by the Patriots a month or so ago. Said much the same thing. They laid off 150 people, and the guy I was with saw it as a blessing, because it saved him from having to quit.

Who would the HC be at the end of the series?

Pioli: Herm, why aren't any of the players doing drills?

Herm: You don't do drills on Happy Day. We focus on the ribs and the potato salad on Happy Day, Scott. Ain't you ever been part of a football organization before?
