One thing I'm struck by, that I often take for granted, is Mawae was selected as the C. It's amazing to think about how, between Mawae and Mangold, we've had the one of the best centers in the NFL for many years!
Ward over Owens is retarded, say what you will about TO but he's a lock for the HOF and Ward isn't even in the same class of player.
Neither of them were ever as good as Moss, Moss and TO were clearly the 2 best WRs this decade, it's not really debatable.
Ward was a stupid pick. I think you could go with any 2 of Moss, TO and Holt and be right. Of course if it was the 1998 to 2006 team then Harrison blows them all away. The idea of an all decade team is stupid in and of itself. Careers don't magically span 00 to 09 in the NFL.
oh yes he is. hes one of the most underrated LB of the last decade IMO. everywhere he goes players around him become better. one of the few good players on D during the "greatest show on turf", went on to become a stalwart on the usually stout Redskins defense and then was a thorn in our side as a Bill for a yr or two. ya I have no qualms about Fletcher being discussed as one of the best LB'ers of the decade.
