As the New York Jets gear up for the American Football Conference Championship, the team is hosting a big pep rally this evening in Times Square. Jets players, team owner Woody Johnson, and Mayor Michael Bloomberg will all be there along with fans of Gang Green. The big send off starts at 5:30 p.m. After defeating the New England Patriots in a stunning victory last Sunday, the Jets will face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend in Pennsylvania. The winner will go on to play in Super Bowl XLV against the Chicago Bears or the Green Day Packers.
