I would too, but I don't want any defensive player taken that high. We need to build the offense. If we don't draft a QB, then we need to build around Sam or the veteran QB we bring in, and be ready to draft a QB in 2022.
Wouldn't be a bad selection, but I expect that pick to be used on offense(OT or QB at 2, QB or WR in a trade down). Tyson Campbell could be a round 2 target. He has the upside to be a #1 CB.
An interesting prospect, especially in a trade down. However, if the argument for keeping Darnold is that he hasn't had sufficient help, than using the first pick on a defensive guy is a tough sell.
He’s a baller. I’m not taking him at 2 though.. if we trade back inside the top 10 and he’s there I’ll take him in a heartbeat
Good player but there is no way they take D while sitting at 2 when the possibility of a FQB exists or a generational LT.
