too be honest, Cincy should be rejoicing. Palmer has been terrible for them since his second major injury, this is their chance to get rid of him, and draft a top QB prospect to replace him without having to mortgage the farm to trade up for one.

I can't see too many teams being that interested in Palmer or his salary, so other than an outright release, I don't see how any deal gets done.
Arizona would be a good place for him to go. Cincinnati should reconsider their stance on not trading him. They could get something of quality for Palmer.
I think they are being a little to stubborn here. If Palmer wants to leave then they should WANT to get something in return. Outside of two seasons he's been a disappointment for them.
