owen is a good friend of mine here at wvu, he is also an awesome player, he can squat like 800lbs and runs a 4.5, he is a great blocker and he is a workout warrior, knowing him he is also very very competitive, he will be angry at himself for fukin up the smallest thing, if we get him he will def be a fan favorite a la wayne cherbet, did i mention he has great hands? o yea check out his youtube highlights, u will be impressed
Owen Schmitt should be the best NFL player to emerge from the WVU backfield. Pat White cannot play the QB position in the NFL. I think he's going to have to learn to catch passes if he wants to play in the NFL. He's too fragile to play RB. Steve Slaton is going to be a 3rd down back and/or slot receiver. Schmitt should be drafted in Round 3 or 4 by a team that uses a fullback.
