(Opinion) JFK area to Atlantic City Airport

That depends. How fast is the train traveling in the opposite direction?

 

That will be close to impossible. JFK to ACY is around two and a half hours without much traffic. With traffic it will be at least 3 hours and change. Considering you need to get gas and drop the rental, your chances of arriving to your gate at 8PM is cutting it super close.

You'd make it in a hi-class livery service or on a point-to-point bus service. Doubt you'd make it reliably any other way.

I don't know. There's a Wawa on the road into ACY (one of the cheapest gas stations around there). ACY is one of those small airports where it's possible to go from curb to your gate in like 10 minutes or less.

Was worried about cancelations, sister is flying out of JFK in the next couple of hours, son and fiance flying out of Denver tomorrow. Luckily our flight shouldn't have an issue out of Tampa this morning.

 

Well had sister coming from NY, son snd fiancee flying from Denver, we flew from Tampa on the 24th, both daughters and their families flying out of Tampa today.

Out of 11 people flying, 3 of us made it.

 

This was a horrible weekend/week for travel. Record lows and a blizzard across the Midwest and the Plains right up to the Rockies.

Anybody who was travelling through Denver, Kansas City or Chicago was very lucky if their flight got off the ground.
