The first Sunday of the NFL season is 9/11/11, the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. I am predicting a Sunday night Jets vs. Giants at the NMS to end this special day with both NY teams and 80K+ locals gathering to honor all our friends and our great counrty. What do you think? Please, no complaining about having a Sunday night game and having to work the next day, not on this day.
Fucking 9/11 when is this shit going to end? Yeah, like I want to celebrate the day we all lost our civil liberties. http://www.911truth.org/
I mean this with all due respect but......fuck you. Anyways, I would love for this to happen and I can't wait for a great tailgates and game. I will definantly be bringing my American flag to this one!
If the NFL season starts on time and the schedule makers had half a brain, this game could be historic if done right. Those are 2 big if's though. It would be a very emotional night for the fans and the city of NY.
I'll just say celebrate is not the way I see it, give some love to the folks that lost loved ones and for one day, be happy to be alive and together with your brothers, Jet fans. There's lots of shit to be pissed about in this country, that's why we watch football, to escape. I can't think of a better way to start the season and end the day. Of course, beating the fucking Giants would the icing on the cake
GTFO. You can believe whatever you like, but you can't deny the fact that many Americans (and New Yorkers) lost their lives that day. There should be no issue remembering those who died.
You can take off the aluminum foil hat now. What a bunch of crap on that website and contradictions are rampant in the 41 reasons it was a conspiracy list (Cover up because planes were not shot down and cover up of alleged shooting down of Fight 93 - which one is it?) . It is also a completely inappropriate thread to raise this issue.
You don't post much, so I kind had the feeling you were a tool. There is no feeling anymore, you just proved beyond a shadow of doubt, you are a complete and utter fucking moron.
I love when I know I don't have to edit a thread or ban a guy because the users will take care of him for me.
Weren't you, Graeme and your alter ego unborn 10 years ago? Or did you know 57 people who lost their lives in the towers and consequently started 9 different charities for them? Also, for the subject of the OP...I hope it comes into fruition.
Dude, like Homeland Security just called, they have some questions about your Library Card. Why don't you enlighten us with personal stories of your lost liberties... A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
i can see something like the giants at washington and eagles at jets to cover all the bases of the tragedy
