FA Signings CB Asante Samuel OG Derrick Dockery TE Daniel Graham OLB Tully Banta-Cain I know it seems like a lot of Patriots player but Magini is familiar with these guys. Samuel is going to cost a lot of money but may lower the price since he has Worked with Magini before. The Patriots lossing these players hurts them. But Losing them to a Rival would kill them. by the Patriots Lossing these players to a rival would make the new york Jets so much stronger. MOCK DRAFT ROUNDS 1,2 25. Adam Carriker 38. (traded to the Chargers for Michael Turner) 57. Brian Leonard
I like the looks of it even though I'm not a huge Turner fan really. Worth a shot I guess if we can get him for a 2nd
Mock offseasons this early are stupid. You can't say anything about the draft yet because we haven't seen the senior bowl or the combine. Once you hit the middle of February then these make sense. Also, if we take a FB on day one I will cry.
Isn't this the same as your last one plus Brian Leonard in the 2nd? Eh, I don't know about Leonard. He seems like more of a runner and less of a lead blocker, which is what we need. He's very similar to BJ Askew in that sense it seems. I don't want another BJ Askew. One is more than enough. I'm still not crazy over the Graham/Dockery signings. Will Carriker fall to 25? It seems like he won't, but if so I love the pick. Getting 3 New England players would piss off Belicheck and New England so much. That'd be hilarious!
Just deal with the leonard thing, it's gonna happening all offseason. We are near Rutgers, people on this board want to see a hometown guy on their, just deal with it lol
