Chiefs | Team in for shorter minicamp practices Fri, 12 May 2006 08:13:13 -0700 Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports one of the things Kansas City Chiefs players gained by hiring head coach Herman Edwards as Dick Vermeil's replacement is the sub-two-hour practice that promises to leave them more refreshed. Vermeil used to put the team through 2 1/2 hour practices. Edwards unveils the Chiefs' new practice regimen in a three-day, partial-squad minicamp that begins Friday, May 12, at their Truman Sports Complex facility. The Chiefs will practice five times, all closed to the public, and none of the workouts is scheduled to last more than 1 1/2 hours. They continue with practice sessions Tuesday, May 16, and Wednesday, May 17, and then hold a full-squad minicamp next weekend. One of the reasons we had so many injuries last year. Good to see he didn't learn anything.
He's a moron. You can make a mistake once, if you make it twice then your just an idiot. Of course all the players will say how much they like him but when they are 7-9 and half their team is on the IR it'll be good that they were nice and refreshed after their may practice sessions. So glad he's not our problem anymore.
