Let's face it, nobody is going to hire Rex as a head coach ever again. Let's also face it, Rex is an elite Defensive mind and will get hired instantly as a DC I think Woody should offer him the DC position as a demotion and keep him on the team. We need a strong head coach who knows both sides of the ball but we also need Rex's talents. I think he would easily eat his humble pie and take the job, and the players would support that 100%. It's up to Woody to do the smart thing

When asked about needing an elite cb his response was I never said i needed a great cb. My defense works period.
