I Realize This Is A Great Time Of Year To Be Looking At All The "sexy" Things, Our Team Can Do To Contend For The Playoffs, Or Dare I Say Superbowl, Next Year. I Myself Love The Thought Of A Dmacc, Or Moss/johnson Running Or Catching The Ball For Us. I Am However A Firm Believer Of The Thought That, If We Build Our Line On Both Sides Of The Ball, We Can Have Great Success, With The Skill Players We Already Have On Our Team!i Say Throw Every Dollar Of Our Fa Budget At The Best O And D Linemen Available! Draft An Impact Pass Rusher With Our #1, And Grab One Of The Rb's In The 3rd Round. Sprinkle In A Big Wr, And A Couple Of O Line Prospects To Groom, And We Got Ourselves A Team Not Just Built For Now, But For The Future.look At All The "sexy" Players The Patriots Have On Offense, And Where Did It Get Them? It Was The Line On Both Sides Of The Ball, That Lost That Game For Them! The O Line Could'nt Protect Brady, And The D Line Could'ntget To Manning.we Have To Use That Game As A Model To Build Our Team. Build Up Our Lines, And We Will Be A Force For Years To Come. Your Thoughts:

i think everybody who knows what they are talking about agrees that NT, DE, OLB, LG, RT and RG are the positions we need to address as a top priority. Thereafter QB, CB, WR, TE, Safety and Punter. In no particular order. :)

We also have a RB in T.Jones who racked up around 1200 yards behind a below average O-Line, we have a change of pace back in Leon Washington who is coming into his 3rd year, we have one of the best Kick returners in the game in J.Miller when healthy and L.Washington is also coming into his own as a kick returner, we have J.Cotchery who may not be a #1 WR as of right now, but in my eyes makes one of the better #2 WR's in the game, we have L.Coles who was banged up last year for us but at the same time is still one of the best WR's in the game in terms of running routes, getting open, and making the tough sideline catches, we have a TE in C.Baker who has been coming into his own, and a QB who has alot of potential, sorry guys that he didnt play like freaking J.Montana his first season starting.

Im sorry, but this Jets team has players who can play and when I see reports saying we only have 1 kicker, 1 safety, 1 MLB, 1 CB, 1 Center and 1 LT... It just gets to me. yes we do need another corner, we need a slot WR, who know? J.Vilma may come back hungry and make a really good #2 ILB (Playing ALONGSIDE D.Harris), Yeah we need to fix up the O-Line and find a true NT... But this team can make things happen in the offseason and make a playoff push in my eyes.

Footbal teams that aspire to do great things MUST have GREAT DL's and OL's. If the Jets pick anything else on Day 1 of the Draft, Radio City will be rocked by NON-STOP obsecenity laced, effigy-burning, poilice-in-riot-gear-required-crowd-control AND an armoured limo for a quick-get-out-of-town for Tangini.

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER.

    A) I CAN'T STAND WHEN PEOPLE TYPE IN ALL CAPS LOCKS. IT'S RETARDED.
    B) I ALSO CAN'T STAND WHEN PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE PARAGRAPHS.
    3) THE COMBINATION OF THOSE TWO MAKES FOR UNREADABLE MATERIAL. IS IT SO HARD TO WRITE LIKE YOU WERE TAUGHT IN 3RD GRADE?

Also one DE, one OLB, returns, coverage, 1 or 2 WRs, RB, 1 TE is OK, 1 QB is OK. That's about our lot.

Thank you for not putting me on that list. Sometimes I rant and rave in an unintelligible fashion from time to time.

I think your post is sexy!??!! It’s a little more complicated then just pick this guy up sprinkle in a little wide receiver here and a big blob of Defensive tackle here. Putting it all together; don’t forget the sugar and spice. What you have after 1 hour @ 4 hundred and fifty degrees is "Jets cookies"!

lmfao. Sometimes sports forums can be real depressing when you read posts like that.

Almost like the guy last week who said "REGIMAY" instead of "resume"

I had enough of sprinkling in big wideouts when we signed Matthew Hatchette.

    I fixed your errors...

If your going to capitalize the first letter of every word, go the distance, don't cut corners. That is just lazy of you and you should be ashamed.

No, when you type in all caps the board programming automatically makes only the first letter of every word in caps. That was the basis for my first flamewar with undertow.
