Prior to joining the Jets, Favre was unbeaten against Oakland, and he lost to them... He struggled against KC, and threw the game winning TD.... He also never won at Buffalo and today he got his first ever win in Buffalo. I thought this was weird and everyone would like to know this fun fact. BTW, it was nice to see the 06 Jets in terms of smart playcalling and the 04 Jets in terms of defense. Good Job to the coaches and players on the road win. So, whats Favre's record against the Rams??
Its no more interesting then Noles, Rangers, and Jets. I started liking the Canes cuz of Vinny and Gino.
well i was born in NY and lived there for 12 yrs, my dads 25 yr season ticketholder w the rangers and loved joe N, so growing up its all i knew. moved here when i was 12 and i went to FSU for my undergrad.....hopefully starting law school next fall...Not really very interesting.... Just as i suspected tho, typical.
Favre has a pretty good track record against the Rams, not counting the one playoff game against them. I did some quick research, and it appears he is 7-3 against them in the regular season, although I maybe missed a game. He did beat them last year in St. Louis, had 2 td's and 2 ints I think. He has 18 td passes total against them over his career.
The 7-3 record is correct as far as Favre being the starting QB vs the Rams in regular season action. Favre also played in one of the Falcons-Rams games of 1991. The Falcons won the game. (The only other game Favre played in as a member of the Falcons was a 56-17 blowout loss vs the Redskins). In the 2001 NFC Divisional Playoffs, Favre threw 6 interceptions at St. Louis. Three were returned for touchdowns (Aeneas Williams in the 1st and 4th quarters and Tommy Polley in the 3rd quarter).
