It's early and the Rangers are still getting to know each other. One of the things about a rebuild is that it takes a bit for the chemistry to come together and the Rangers have a lot of young talent figuring out the NHL and their place in the lineup at the moment. The thing that really stands out to me is how much talent the Rangers have right now. They could easily develop into a team with 3 scoring lines and a 4th line that is all young legs early in the career.
Read Larry Brooks’ article in The Post, pretty much sums up everything wrong with them. The third period last night was an utter disgrace. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
thanks for the tip the GKs havebeen worrisome... last year they looked great... the good forwards arent doing a damned thing. the touted youngsters look like blwon draft picks....
Not sure I've ever seen a weak coach get everybody north of him fired without going out the door himself also.
Sorry guys.... looks the trustfund doochebaby has turned his interest from f*cking the Knicks to F*cking the Rangers......
NHL Player Safety on Twitter: "NY Rangers’ Pavel Buchnevich will have a hearing today for High-sticking Washington’s Anthony Mantha." / Twitter Watch the league suspend him but nothing happens to Wilson. Bad look for the NHL in how they handle these types of things.
Imagine if Wilson did what Buchenvich did. Rangers fans and NHL fans would be losing their minds. Caps fans saw the Buchnevich hit on Mantha, thought it was bad, but moved on. I don't care about Buchnevich. His hit happened during gameplay, by the way. That game last night was brutal to watch. I applaud the Caps for getting Wilson out of there after the first period. Probably should have sat him for the game, in retrospect. Maybe the shit show first period would not have happened then. Happy for Oshie to get a hat trick after returning from the loss of his father. That is what hockey is about. Not all the crap about Wilson and fighting. It's awful. As for all the Rangers changes, I don't get it. They are headed in the right direction. They had a really solid season. I thought they would build on that and get better in 2021-22. Not clean house. We will see if it works.
Not a fan of what Buch did TDK, if the nhl suspended Wilson which he deserved probably nothing happens last night
Yeah, agreed. Even if it was just one game, that would have been better. The NHL was in a tough spot, because you can't just suspend Wilson for one game. He is a repeat offender and was already suspended seven games this year. So I understood the All or Nothing approach they took, but the game would definitely have been different if he was suspended.
