Nothing but Love for the Jets...

    Is it not just amazing almost every draft analysis has us at an A to A+ Borges from MSNBC gave us a A+....John Czarnecki from Foxsports gave us a A+...Don Banks from CNNSI put us a a winner in the draft...On ESPN Todd McShay from Scouts Inc gave the Jets the best draft in the AFC East (huge draft)... Dan Wetzel from Yahoo sports put us as a winner in the draft...Prisco from cbs sportsline gave us a B (only because we did not take Leinart)The same with Mel Kiper ...Vic Carucci from NFL.com gave us the 3rd best Draft behind AZ and NO.


    Did anyone see what KC and Herm Edwards draft was ...you have to be kidding me!!!! I have not seen a draft grade higher then a C and have seen D's and F's...They drafted Tamba Hali in the 1st(big reach) ...Pollard in the second(big reach)...only good pick they got way Croyle...


    I give a big applause to Tannenbaum and Mangini on a great draft.

    When is the last time we have ever had as much praise after an NFL draft.

    Lets go JETS!!!!

    Grades are all well and good but if the draft picks don't produce on the field come the start of the season. it's a moot point.

    That's definetly true, but it is nice to get some love from the media for once.

    I know most analysts have graded high for the jets. But where did you see mel kippers draft analysis? I read on another forum that he didnt think the Jets did well.

    he gave them a B. The draft grade all depends on what people think of Clemens. If they think he will be good its an A, if not a B.

    Kipper graded us as a B-. He liked our first two picks but didn't like the others...

    Kiper gave us a B-. He liked the OL picks but said that he gave the B- because the Jets had a couple of reaches (one on each day).

    It didn't appear that he gave too many high grades in this draft.

    He gave no A's and no D's. Kiper's a hack.

    well we've seen herms drafts and we know thye suck give kc fans 4 yrs of his drafts and well see if thye think hes so good then

    it doesnt even matter though-as long as they have Larry Johnson, Priest Holmes, their offensive line, and Derrick Johnson-they will be very good no matter what Herm does

    The media has definitely been pro-Jets recently. Remember all the Jets to the Super Bowl projections before everything caved in last year? All those writers were watching the same wobbly floaters Chad was throwing as we were and they all missed it completely.

    On the draft I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt cuz I like what Tangini did also.
