Yea it was. Can tell from the setup she was in for an injury. Hinge joint can't handle that type of torque. but she took it like a badass. Arm wrestling injuries mostly seem to be elbow dislocations or fibula fractures. Former usually in amateurs, latter see more with the pros - just my inference from what I've seen.
Don't you do ju jitsu or something like that? Isn't a big part of that to bend your opponents joints into submission? I'd imagine you see nasty shit like this more often than anyone ever should.
