the jets need a change. They need someone from the outside to come in with a fresh look, like Parcells replacing Kotite. We need the same type of new approach after years of Rex's failures.
most of these guys haven't gone through the stretch we have yet it doesn't look good obviously, but i don't think the dolphins and bills are much better than the jets honestly
It was bound to happen at some point, Rex has been living off luck for a long time, when the luck is gone this is the outcome
...why don't we wait till Week 17 before we start chopping off heads. Let's see what Rex and Geno can do as they coach and play for their jobs.
It's been a while since this has been the case, 2007 I think was the last year we started this badly.
Nobody!!! It sucks and then the Bills step up and get a TD at the last second to win their game. God Damn!!! At least both Spiller and Jackson went down today, might help us out next week.
"Rex coaching for his job?" Seems like we've heard that the last 3 years, and Woody always finds some stupid reason to keep him. The nerdy owner must have gotten shoved around by the football team in high school and so now he thinks it is cool that Rex Ryan is his friend.
Folks don't want to admit it but Tanehill is playing pretty well and Orton can manage that offense. We're the 4th team in our division for a reason. _
Not I. I, genius that me be, predicted we'd ace our division. I simply must make a concerted effort to remind myself to remember that I keep forgetting that I root for the jets. And the jets suck.
I'd go so far as to say you're not seeing his progression and how he's playing this year. He's gotten better every year and this year he's been pretty good. Far from stinking. Oh yeah, he's passing MUCH better than Geno and he's running more effectively than Geno too. _
if you consider 8 TDs and 5 INTs good, then yeah i guess you're right. he's averaging 6.16 YPA, which is bad. for comparision, geno smith is 6.07, which is worst in the league (i believe) he's about to go through a brutal stretch of defenses so we will see how good he actually is
