I wanna see everyone there providing the full homefield advantage. I know some seats will be empty, people have Thanksgiving obligations, etc. The people who are there, however, no leaving early! This team clearly can do it in the final seconds so there is no excuse!
After last game I doubt that many assholes will choose to leave if it's close late. Hopefully the only reason they leave is if we are up by 20+ in the 4th.
If you're there on Thanksgiving and it's 40 degrees with rain, chances are you're a die-hard, and not thinking of leaving before 0:00.
If people spend their money for tickets to go to a game in 40 degree weather with rain, they could do whatever they want.................who cares.
Is there an excuse for those who constantly complain about the fan base but never go to the games and live in the area?
I don't usually complain about the noise but my excuse would be being poor. I will never understand why people pay so much money for the tickets and spend the first quarter in the parking lot eating burgers. I do that at my house for free and get to see the whole game.
I enjoy the occasional game live, but lets face it, Baseball is good game to go see live, as is Hockey. Football was made to be seen on TV. Replays, commentary, etc...
I'm not leaving till the end. Unless we are completely blowing this team wtih a couple minutes left in the fourth quarter.
Me, I care. Go to the game and support your team and let the fucking world know how much your team means to you and your city. Whats the point of home field advantage if the stadium is filled with corpses?
Wow, I just don't know what to say to that. Is that the thoughts of most folks that go to the meadowlands?
Every football game I've ever been to, I felt like I enjoyed the atmosphere of being there, cheering my team and talkin shit to fans of the other team more than the actual game itself.
aykm? Baseball over Football live? wow...I've been to tons of Baseball games, most in YANKEES Stadium and even then the only time it would surpass a Football game is during the playoffs...and sometimes, still.
I drove up from VA to the Houston game and wish I could have taken a few more days off of work to stay for the Bengals game. The crowd noise was awful for the Houston game. Probably one of the quietest Jets crowds I've ever witnessed (I've been to about 75 games).
It is 1000% A TV sport. NO doubt about it. Way too much down time. Mostly shitty weather. Cant even see a fuckin fumble unless th ecrowd starts buzzing and then you realize whats going on. Very difficult to keep tabs on whos coming and going without the announcer mentioning it. PLUS, cant flip to the other games during commercials, no updates. Season ticket holder for the NFL = complete retard. No other way to say it.
