http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/mu.../0702/gallery.nfl.draftcombine/content.1.html A little heads up, which shows that what a player does on the Field is much more important, than 40 times and benchpress. beware, you might want to skip #11.
That's pretty interesting. It kind of goes to show sometimes it doesn't matter what your draft position is. That's why I could never been happy about losing to that idiot Herm Edwards this season.
Half of these are a bit exaggerated...Big Ben had been rising for a long time and was a legit possibility at 4 instead of Rivers...Harrington was considered a good prospect for a long time before the combine...Mike Williams busted because the Lions are idiots and ignored his makeup and the fact that he hadn't played in a year...Young didn't prove anything about the Wonderlic he didn't even deserve that ROY award... They connect alot of dots where theres really no dots to connect (Young, Williams).
Look closely at that jersey Blair is holding. If the Jets had stuck with that and not gone for those daft unis with black borders on everything, like cards you send when someone's died, things might have been different.
