    Even if you feel short, the future is still bright and we are definitely Super Bowl contenders next year.

    This game is over but our future has just begun. Too bad about Greene's ribs and most of our starting secondary. We got hurt at a bad time. I have to wonder why we kept running to the right all damn day long though..

    Ball didnt bounce our way in this one. If it had, we win. What are you gonna do. Next season we'll be better. D needs to improve. We have a good D, but it likes to give away leads, which needs to change.

    It was a great ride, and this team really came together at the end. Mark Sanchez also improved tremendously in recent weeks and the post-season experience this year will likely be invaluable for him.

    The Jets need to build on this season. They cannot, once again, crumble under the weight of expectations as they have done a number of times in the past.

    Yep. I also felt like that was the deathblow. We just don't have a big play Offense without him.

    Same here. Obviously LW and Greene needs to get healthy when the season starts.

    At the beginning of the season, if someone said you would make the AFC Championship game would you take it? Hell yes.

    Today Sanchez showed that he will be a damn good QB.

    With Leon and Kris coming back next year. Shonn Greene smashing bodies. Our future looks very bright.

    Very proud of the boys.

    This is still just as painful even though it was unexpected we'd be here, you never know when we will get back to this point. Heck it may be another 11 years...

    I'm very proud of this team, on it's talent we shouldn't have got this far.

    Our defense while talent, played well above itself most of the season. Our young QB is starting to show a lot of potential and in Greene we have a new great starting RB.

    If we make the right changes, then there's no reason we can't challenge for a Superbowl.

    True. Moral victories can only satisfy for so long. We need to get on a consistent run of great play, and be contenders on a yearly basis. For once, we need to play well enough in the regular season so that we can get an AFC championship game at home.
