http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...erral&utm_campaign=cnn-sports-bin&hpt=hp_bn15 What jury would give players money because they took drugs? The concussion case seemed to have merit, but suing because you were given medications which the player could have declined is crazy. How many more "suits" are retired players going to bring up to try a money grab on the sport. It has to be painful seeing these salaries, but they chose to make a career out of professional football. Anyone who has played knows the risks. The NFL for once has a case that they should fight because there is not evidence that the teams forced players to take these drugs. What is your take?
If some of the allegations are true they have better than a 50/50 chance. The drugs were illegally prescribed according to the suit and just like any suit against management there is always the argument they were in fear of losing their job. If they felt pressured to take them or possibly be cut if they didn't then they have a good argument IMO.
So your billion-dollar employer intimidates you into taking large quantities of illegally prescribed narcotics under the threat that you might lose your job. Can't imagine any jury in American having any sympathy for you at all. But only because you are a massive tool.
See, nobody is forcing you to take your Lithium. Now go back to your finger painting. You have a choice.
