Is anyone here happy with the NFL network?..they could do so much more like the mlb.nhl and nba. Their programming is so weak...show some classic games and features..make it worth tuning in to

Cablevision doesn offer NFL network so even a shitty football channel would be worthwhile for me...

The NFL Network gets a 9/10 score from me, in regards to consumer satisfaction......they'd receive a perfect 10/10 if they'd shoot Michael Lombardi in the face.

The Network is fine. They replay a lot of shit but that's fine, because repetition makes it stick in my head and then I sound more knowledgeable around other people when I talk football.

They play plenty of classic games and are about to show every preseason game this month, which I'll be tuning into. I'll be excited to watch Clausen on Thursday. And I want to see more of Steve Bowen from the Cowboys - what a motor.

The Network is fine. They do need to get a few analysts off the air though.

I love it...and Jason LaCanfora has grown on me. NFL Total Access blows ESPN's NFL Live out of the water.

NFLN has their goods and bads, but they are still head and shoulders above any other NFL content on cable/satellite TV. Some of their analysts blow a cock, but I guess you can't help that. At least they rotate them and keep things fresh.

But there is certainly a ton of room for improvement.

No NFL Network on Cablevision . Going to hope I'll be going somewhere that has NFL Network on Thanksgiving if I want to watch the game.

The Bengals-Jets game will also be shown on regular TV. NY9 probably.

is it really necessary to have a 24 hour a day 365 day a year football channel?

i know i dont watch it. i like to do things outside of football and have other interests. football is saturdays and sundays in the fall.

NFL Live sucks. Yesterday Herm Edwards and Mark Schlereth were arguing about the Cowboys playcalling at the goal line in PRESEASON GAME.

the 17a new stadium thread has brought me to this wonderful site every single day this summer. my time however is usually pretty short and if you will realize i dont tend to bother with the jets forum too much anymore. i dont have time for it.

and tonight i am sick so i cant hang out with my 3 year old in order to not get him sick.

The NBA, NHL, and MLB have their own networks. If they can have their own networks, the NFL certainly can.

How about you quit complaining. CableVision doesnt even offer the NFL Network. I wish their was a show I could watch for football during the long offseason but their isnt.

Compared to ESPN, it's perfect. They do play a lot of replays and classic games and top 10 countdowns and whatnot so I don't see what there is to complain about... that and gameday are basically the only shows from it I watch. NFL analysts aren't really worth listening to on any channel, but at least NFLN has Rich Eisen.

The funny thing is, ESPN Live is pretty much one Mark Schlereth firing away from being competitive again.

You need to learn to not complain.

Get over everything, the world isn't going to end.

    I feel sorry for you.
