There's an interesting poll up on NFL.com right now:

Which AFC East reciever do you think will have the most yards this season?

    Randy Moss - 51%
    Lee Evans - 19%
    Chris Chambers 14%
    Laveranues Coles - 17%

    (percentages as of 5:00pm eastern)

Hey, I wanna say Coles, but I'm not a homer. If Moss keeps his shit together, he's gonna tear it up with Brady chucking it to him.

negative. I really do think Coles has the juice and jukes to get the job done. Not to mention the gunslinger he's got throwing lasers to him. We're golden.

I took Chambers because he is really the only weapon Green has to throw to and they're probably going to be playing from behind a lot. The same may be the case in Buffalo but Green >> Losman IMO.

Moss is clearly the best receiver of the bunch but the Pats have a lot more weapons and probably won't be playing from behind too much.

Moss is my last choice to have the most receiving yards honestly...

I would say Coles but he splits catches fairly evenly with Cotchery. I don't think Moss will be a bust but he's gonna have something like a 800 yard season. Chambers has sucked for years now and I don't see that turning around. So, Lee Evans is my choice - he's the clear #1 on a team that throws the deep ball a lot and often plays from behind.

Lee Evans. I think he's going to break out this year. Losman is not a great QB but he can get the ball out there and Evans can run by most DBs. There are too many WRs in New England now, plus there's always a good chance Moss will disappoint. Coles and Cotchery will be a tossup from week to week as to who the "#1" guy is. Chambers will have a good year with Green, but that offense will still be in a rut with that shaky O-line. i really think Evans is going to have a great year.

hate to say it but its gunna be evans. hes their only reciever. we got 2 good ones that will both put up huge numbers. Fuck moss they got like 7 recievers and we all know how brady spreads the ball around. And why would they even consider putting a dolphin in there?

Coles won't have the most yards on his own team

He'll still have more than the other 3 in the poll. Moss will have the most TD's without a doubt unless he is injured or suffers from another case of dumbass, but the Pats spread the ball around way to much for him to lead the AFC in catches or yards. Chambers missed his window while the Dolphins spun their wheels at QB. Evans is going to be on a really bad team. I envision a ton of check downs to the backs for Losman.

Moss will have the most TD and yards Tom loves to throw the long ball and that right up Moss is alley. I will take it one step further Moss will lead the NFL in yards. The Pats DID spread the ball around but they never had a WR like Moss.

    That was my thinking too.

The problem Coles has is the QB throwing him the ball.

    I chose Evans...

Who is the other guy that will catch balls for the Bills?
Who is their other Wide receiver? TE(LOL)? and they will start a rookie RB(good luck getting 500 yrds out of that)? and dont tell me their FB will steal 70 catches?
Losman is improving...and they will have 3500 yrds receiving. Someone will get the yards it will be Evans

Coles-Cotch will steal catches from each other
    Brady spreads the ball out
and the Phins who gives a fuck

Moss' catches will be spread around with Stallworth and Welker in the fold. Same with Coles with Cotch. That leaves Chambers and Evans as the only true standout WRs on their team, and I think that Evans can do more on his own that Chambers can.

It will be Lee Evans. This is the year he breaks out. Mark it down.

I voted for Coles because I am a homer.

  19. Don't count on Moss having the best Stats, or Coles, both play in offenses that emphasize spreading the ball around.

Evans easily. He might be the most underrated receiver in the league. His 1,292 yards last year were sixth in the NFL. I know a lot of people like to kill J.P. Losman, but he can definately throw the deep ball, which is Evans' specialty.
