some of you may have noticed my displeasure with the amount of mock drafts with us taking brian leonard in the 2nd round. for all of you taking part in this i call upon you to put your money where your mouth is. i wont complain about it any longer if all of you agree to put a towson university logo as your avatar if he is not drafted by us. if he is infact drafted by us i will put up a rutgers avatar. whos in?

I like your odds. But I don't want a Fullback in the 2nd round. Yeah the whole "Mangini Guy" is nice, but a Fullback? I'll go another season with Askew/Hodgins before I waste a 2nd rounder on a Fullback, I don't care how good or versatile he is.

I think most of the people who oppose this selection have a very limited vision of what his role could be outside of the normal confines of a traditional fullback position. We have Mike Martz Jr. as our OC, Brian Leonard could definetly make an impact on our team as a blocker, runner, and pass catcher.

In short: I'm in. Just two questions:
    1. How long do I have to have a Towson University logo as my avatar?
    2. Does Leonard have to get taken in the second round?

as you can see by my sig, i want him...i feel we need him...how long does the avatar have to be up for?

does anyone remember how effective the offense was when we had a FB that could catch and make plays? instead we have the supershit-heel askew, who cant run, he cant catch, hes an so-so blocker. id say we need a major overhaul at that position. and BL is the man to take.

i know someone either mentioned or mocked it (saw it real quick) but he is def a mangini type guy. he would fit in well here, and id get his green jersey to go along with the red one i own...its gettin a little shoddy after the last 3 years....itll be nice to get the new one....and if its jet green, thats all the more better.

I think the odds are actually much worse than that. First he has to make it past all the picks before our second round pick(s), then he has to be one of the players on our board at that spot. biggundewayne63 should put up more risk than anyone taking this bet.

Mock drafts are bad, but mock offseasons are worse. Especially by that one guy who traded like all our draft picks to the Panthers, then traded their picks to the Giants who traded us the picks again.

The odds seem much in your favor that the Jets have to draft him. What if the deal is Leonard must be picked before the last pick the Jets have in the second round. I say this because for my stand point I think Leonard is worth a second round pick but I can't control what the Jets do.

I made one three way trade in my draft and filled most of our holes.

I understand there were a lot of fans upset with the idea of trading Vilma but I remember getting similar feedback when I suggested trading Abraham and Jordan (turns out I was right to include them in my previous mock).

If you have a problem with my mock offseason, try one of your own. It is not as easy as it looks.
