Im not going to lie, I really dislike that draft for the Jets. If we take Olsen it'll be shades of the 1990's all over again. You're also going to get a lot of flack for even thinking the Jets should take D. Hughes.

Agreed. If Houston and Ross are still on the board, I'd be livid.

HUGHES! what is with this guy, I will bite, and I am going to make a Hughes thread, the guy is a cover 2, Strait clone, he also has cement bricks for shoes, give him to KC, TB or now Pittsburgh, Woodley is a great pick, Olsen is very low on my list to go with a first rounder, not the best pick but not the worst, more of indifferent

    -the jets draft would suck
-only 3 qbs go in the first 2 rds....which is ok, but 2 of them go to the raiders which is just stupid
-the bengals or titans wont draft eric wright...
-ben grubbs gets drafted twice(bears/falcons)....what a badass
-i dont think willis or anderson falls that far

The only pick I like here is Woodley.

You can flame me if you want but my dream draft would look something like...

25-Dwayne Jarrett-WR. Say what you want, I think he's the 2nd best receiver in the draft. He's proven on one of the biggest stages in college football. Makes spectacular plays down in the redzone. You cannot pass him up if he is somehow here. I like WR with this pick, Bowe would be my second choice. Again, I know a lot of people will disagree. All of the players that I really want, will be off the board at 25, ex. Reggie Nelson, Revis, Hall, Okoye. So I'd go for a wideout here.

59-LaMarr Woodley-OLB. I love this guy. Just watch him explode around the corner. He might not have great speed, but he has burst. Just like Jarrett, he's proved he can play with the big boys at Michigan. Perfect fit for our defense in my opinion. Would give us a legit pass rush.

63-Marcus McCauley-CB. I've seen a lot of mocks with the Jets selecting M.M at 59, so for some reason I can see him slipping to here. Again, this is my dream draft. He would address one of our biggest needs here, and with great value at the same time.

89-Manuel Ramirez-OG. Big, strong, most importantly a guard. A lot of people on here seem to like him with this pick. I've never really watched him play much so I cannot say that he's a great player. I just know this is a good spot to pick a guard, and Ramirez seems to fit here like a glove.

Remember, this is my dream draft. Many of you would hate going WR in round one. I think it makes our offense much more versitile. Jarrett would come in right away and be effective. Again, notice I said DREAM draft. These are the lowest that these guys could possibly fall, and probably all will be gone before we make our picks.
