So unfortunately I took a chance on Kevin Kolb and that bit me in the ass. With the way Vick was playing, who knows if Kolb will even get his job back. My backup is Vince Young. I have some good RBs: Frank Gore, Ryan Matthews, Ahmad Bradshaw, Darren McFadden. My question is would you trade one of these guys for Jay Cutler?

Obviously you're not going to trade Gore or Mathews for Cutler just yet.

The other 2 you might consider, depending on the rest of your roster, the size of your league, and if there's a dearth of quality QBs on the free agent list.
If McFadden is your 4th or 5th RB, and Cutler is clearly miles ahead of any other QB you could get, then go for it. I'm always for upgrading your strating lineup at the expense of a depth player.

I'm also a Kolb owner (fortunately he's my backup) and I passed on Cutler for him...ooops.
However, week one is traditionally a time of over-reacting in fantasy football. I'd hold off on any rash decisions for at least a couple more weeks. The pieces seem to be in place for Kolb to do well (good, talented WRs, a coaching staff that is behind him).

My League start 1WR, 1RB, 1R/W Flex and 1 W/T Flex spot. I´m pretty solid at RB with Ray Rice, Foster, McCoy and Leon, and I got a good #1 WR in Roddy White, but for the W/T Flex spot, i got:

    Malcom Floyd
    Santana Moss
    Lee Evans
    Steve Breaston
    Mike Williams (Sea)
    Mark Clayton

So after Week 1, I'm really not sure what to make of this Group, I´m Thinking about trading 2 of them for 1 reliable guy, but who should i deal? or would you just wait for another couple of weeks and see what happens.

If you could trade 2 of those players high (esp. Breaston and Clayton since they had very good games) for an upgrade to your starting lineup, you obviously do it.

I kind of have all 6 of those WRs on a similar tier: They all have a measure of upside and any of them could break out and become a reliable starter, but it's more likely that they'll all remain spot-starters.

They're a solid group, and you could wait a few weeks to see who rises to the top, but I'd do what you suggested and make a deal while a couple of them are semi-hot. Maybe go for a Colston/DeSean jackson/Boldin-type guy if you can.
As of right now (and it's only week 1 remember), I like Floyd, Clayton, and Santana Moss the best out that group. I might offer Breaston and Mike X Williams for a Boldin. Worst that can happen is offer gets rejected.

Don't trade Santana Moss. He should do well as long as he and McNabb stay healthy.
