    Hi...

Going to the Jets game this Sunday with a friend from Florida who is up visiting...we are coming down from Putnam county (about 50 miles north of NYC).

The thing is, he has never been to a game before and we want to get the whole experience in (.ie slamming down beers, grilling, throwing the football around) yet with just the two of us we don't have a DD if we both want to be drinking somewhat heavily...not to the point of incoherence but beyond being able to drive in 3 hours). There is a way for us to get down by train, but that pretty much eliminates being able to grill, makes it annoying to carry a football and beers, etc.)

So my question is, does anyone know perhaps of any buses in the Putnam, Northern Westchester area that takes groups of fans down, or any other method of getting down there that would allow us with a grill, etc. ?

    Thanks!

You can join a big tailgate for $15-30 and not worry about all that. If you wanna grill and all that jazz I'm not sure how many options you have outside of driving in yourself or hitching a ride from an acquaintance.
