I'm this close to pulling the trigger this Friday on 4 tickets, but I need that idiotic parking pass and the markup wherever I look is so egregious I can't find a way to justify it. I'm also this close to saying screw it altogether if I can't resolve it SOON. Alternatively, if anyone needs to unload 4 tickets plus the pass I'd be more than happy to do it that way if it's not crazy over face. I had one hell of a bullshit conversation with a Jets rep about a week ago that I'll relate later when I have more time. In the meanwhile, if anyone can part with a pass for a non-ass rapey price or 4 tickets plus pass for a non-ass rapey price, please PM me. Thanks! -jeto
Not sure if this helps you at all, but if you reach out to the Jets ticket office directly they might be able to help. I needed 10 tickets + 4 parking passes for opening day and they got me tickets for face value, no fees + parking pass for $25 rather than the $100 garbage you see on stubhub or ticketmaster. They do deals for 10+ tickets if nonclub section or 6+ if club section. I don't remember them mentioning anything about needing X tickets in order to get parking pass for face value, but it can't hurt to reach out. The same seats I wanted on stubhub for this weekend were $80/ticket more + 4x more for the parking pass. Saved a boatload of money by throwing a shot in the dark email to them. I can give you the email of the woman I spoke with if you would like.
No need to pay above face. Be patient. Wait until the week of the game. You will see ticket prices go well below face 2-3 days in advance. Parking will be a bitch though. For that, I got no solution other than parking at the Parking Lot of Redd's Restaurant. You park there for $25-$30 and they have a shuttle that takes you to Metlife in 5 minutes.
Hi, all, thanks for the replies & my apologies for never posting again in my own thread. I'm tailgating as we speak, but I had so much going on I didn't get a chance to say anything else. There is a lot to tell about the Parking Pass Ponzi Dance, but I'll save it for when I get home later tonight. Of course if the Jets blow pineapple chunks it'll probably be Wednesday because I'll still be recovering. Oddly enough I got seats exactly where I used to sit when I gave them up in 2018. Including taxes & fees $120 each, not bad. Got the Parking Pass last minute on Friday in Gold Lot $41 plus fees $56.64, also not bad. Fuck the Jets FO hard about the pass, there is much to relay. Anyway, I think the Jets pull this one out but I also thought the Jets were going to pull out the Fake Spike Game . . . before the fake spike. OK, instant agita. This could be big so hopefully the Jets don't come out in typical fashion and play with no sense of urgency when something is on the line. GO JETS!!! I'm gonna give @Royal Tee a call and see where he set up shop, if he's close to me I'll walk over and say hi. Enjoy the game all!
