   Can some one please see if they can take some of the brightness out of the window so it shows there was somthing hanging in the black car window

   It's impossible to get info out of the graphic that isn't there. This picture shows white brightness where you want an object to be, no amount of phot editing outside of artificially adding something to the picture can change that.
