    Cotton Bowl: Ole Miss vs. Texas Tech at 2pm
    Liberty Bowl: Kentucky vs. East Carolina at 5pm
    Sugar Bowl: Utah vs. Alabama at 8pm

    You bet on the Cotton Bowl while it was in progress. Anybody could do that.

    The mods alter the odds on games in progress if there are other games as part of the thread. In this case, the thread was still open because of the Sugar Bowl.

    I missed it due to work and I had Ole Miss to win outright, too.

    I wished I missed blowing 1,000 on the Bears two weeks ago. I wish I was in work that night.

    I saw the odss were screwed up when I placed the bet, just thought it would be fixed later. Didn't realize the game started.

    I guess that is why I don't bet too much of my real money, I don't pay close enough attention.

    The mods only change the odds if the game had already started. It's possible you missed by only a minute or two.
