http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ign-david-nelson-with-santonio-holmes-ailing/ Just our luck, biggest playmaker out right as he was returning to form.Looks like we are signing David Nelson
Thankfully Marqise Lee's injury is not as severe as it looked. He should be back in a couple of weeks from that sprain. We need to lock on him as our draft target
Finally, Holmes looks good, then this happens. The Jets are not a very lucky team, that is for sure. Hopefully Hill can play, at least.
Out of all the FA WRs out there why Nelson. The dude is a 6-6 slot WR. We need guys that can line-up outside and catch the ball. Kerley has the slot covered.
Just a clarification - Brian Costello of the New York Post is actually reporting this, not anyone from "NBC Sports" / Pro Football Talk. I'm not trying to be a punk, I just hate that punk-ass Florio, who never actually reports anything himself anyway...
Nelson is a good player. Saavy receiver, good in the slot. At this stage of the game it's not a bad pickup
Good point, I think the next 4 games we will see a more conservative offense to be close to the game...We have to eat the clock because the more offensive possessions we give the other team the more we will fall behind
Shit happens but usually this is a result of being too quad dominant. These dudes don't lift right. These injuries are avoidable. Do some glute-ham raises and stretch. Get him and Ivory in the fucking weight room.
