I haven't started a post in a long time but: 1) The weather yesterday was miserable, this is not an excuse, it's a fact. Clearly Denver did not have the same ball handling problems that we had. 2) No this was not the same team as we have seen the past few weeks. Same Old Jets, no. That would be if we lose to Seattle or SF. Keep in mind Denver is 7-5 now, and will be representing the AFC West in the playoffs. 3) New England lost, so though we did not capitalize on that, we still maintained our one game lead. 4) We can definitely finish the season 4-0, as can New England. If that happens, we get the division. 5) Pittsburgh has an extremely difficult schedule ahead of them, which could put us back in position of a first round bye, if we run the table. 6) Peter King will take this opportunity to say the real Jets showed up yesterday. Was I happy with the game yesterday, no way. Season ender, absolutely not.
On point 4. Without even touching on NE. Miami can easily win the next three as well (Buf, SF, KC) meaning that they would be 10-5. If the Jets win out as well (SF, Buf, Sea) they will be 11-4. That game will be a playoff game. If Miami wins they have the tie breakers over the Jets with common opponents.
