I've given this a lot of thought since I woke up. Here it is.

#1 Fire Schotty because he sucks so bad.

#2 Hire Mike Heimerdinger. Yeah Yeah, I know he's dead, but hear me out.

#3 With a dead guy calling plays, we have to take a knee every offensive snap. Instead of watching Greene slam into the pile for a three yard loss or Sanchez run for his life and then throw it 8 feet behind a receiver, we will now limit our losses to a single yard per play. In fact, our time of possession would actually increase because the clock would keep running without all of those ugly incompletions!

#4 More importantly, we won't turn the ball over for 3 defensive TDs like we did last night. It's the quintessential ball control offense.

#5 Using this strategy, we would've won 17-13. How does 3-1 sound right about now?

    Hire Heimerdinger!

Genius. Heimerdinger will become comeback coat of the year.

Will probably need a bunch of those pine tree air freshener things to hang on him.

I certainly don't appreciate the lack of serious response to this proposition.

Heimerdinger was an ineffective OC for us when he was alive. I can't imagine that re-animating him would have a positive effect on his coaching ability. There's no guarantee that he'd call for a kneel down on every play. It's more likely that our entire offense would slowly lumber around calling for brains. While this could be an effective fear tactic-based approach in most sport, the presence of a helmet in football kills any benefit we would have seen. Aside from that, #28Martin would flip his lid. We'd have exchanged a veteran coach on the team for another cancer in the locker room. I've given it a lot of thought, and I think we're going to have to pass on the Dinger.

Guys, I said it before, i'll say it again. I'm not here to argue with everyone, i'm not here to troll or whatever the heck that is,,, and yes I do know the game. I'm sorry that reiterating what Klecko and Lucas said yesterday was so offensive. I'm sorry that mentioning Scott's lousy play the last two weeks is so offensive... You want to jump me for that, God Bless ya. That being said, there are people agreeing with me,, just not as loud.

Is it Mike Heimerdinger? Is that why you're posting this in here?
