    Depth chart with that draft:

QB: Pennington/Ramsey/Jacobs (Ramsey-Penny competition for starting job)
RB: Martin/White/Blaylock/Houston (prolly won't carry 4 RBs, but Houston can play ST)
    FB: Bernstein/Askew
    WR: Coles/McCareins/Cotchery/Avant/Dwight
    TE: Baker/Jolley/Dreeseen

Starting line (lots of competition for backup jobs)
    LT: Ferguson
    LG: Kendall
    C: Teague
    RG: Moore
RT Jones (hopefully he can survive there)

    LE: Ellis/Johnson
    DT: Robinson/Pope/Stanley/Pouha
RE: Kimo (won't even try to spell his last name)/Tapp

    LOLB: Lawson/Hobson
    MLB: Vilma/Kassell
    ROLB: Barton/Chatam/McClover

    CB: Dyson/Barrett/Miller/Strait/Gordon
    FS: Coleman/Maddox
    SS: Rhodes/Washington

    K: Nugent
    P: Graham
    KR: Miller
    PR: open competition

I still don't like having both of our tackles being mediocre at best run blockers... and I think D'Brick is taken at 2 anyway. Other then that the draft looks pretty good... Daryl Tapp is not going to be around at 71.

Brick will be taken by the Saints which im happy for
I dont think that gordon will be around in the 7th round he's much better than that but i do hope we get him as u see in my board below.

other than that its all right just hopefully we getter lawson or carpenter.

I think LenDale is a bit of a reach in the second round but it could happen, and instead of Omar Jacobs I would rather take Drew Olsen at that spot.

I prefer Whitehurst and Clemmens over Jacobs... and then Olsen would be my pick if all 3 of them were gone.

I've seen a lot of mocks where Tapp was there at 71.

I also think we will get Brick at 4. But for some unknown reason the Aints pick DBrick I would be all over Mario Williams.

#29 Lawson--- I 1st heard his name 2 months ago and fell in love and if he was there at 29 its a no brainer.

White at 35 is a no brainer if he is there.....but I am hoping for Watson if White is somehow gone.

The rest of your picks I wont argue, cause everyone has different things and you have nothing funky like a punter or FB in the 3rd rnd.

Don't get me wrong, I'd prefer Williams to Brick too (see my sig) but I think D'Brick is the more realistic pick and most of what I've heard has the Saints leaning towards Williams at 2.

LenDale White is not a reach in the 2nd. He will go in the first and I would be very happy if the Jets took him with the 29th.

Which logically still makes absolutely no sense, but if that's what the Saints want that's what they get.

I agree, I don't know why they would take Williams after they FINALLY got rid of their DE dilemma when Howard signed with the Eagles, they're just going to put themselves in another by taking Mario. Not only that, but their two biggest needs are OLB and OT, and there is a great OLB and a great OT coming out this year that they can take with that pick in Hawk or Brick. But, hey, why not take a player that plays the posistion where your strongest at even though you have tons of other needs?

I personally think it's a smoke screen... I guess they really need to scare the Texans away from taking Ferg over Bush:rofl:
