Watching in bed, with the volume on 1, unable to move a muscle or squeak a sound, my wife asleep next to me. Have any of you tried watching the Jets like that before? So I got the new LCD TV recently and rather than put it in the TV room, where the little kids smudge the old TV with sticky fingers, I set it up in the bedroom. It is also the first time I have had an HD signal and we have a new free-to-air HD sports channel that covers one 1pm game each Monday morning, 3am Sydney time. I set the alarm, my wife gives me a WTF? when it goes off. I waited a few minutes for her to fall back asleep then lay there basking in the bright glow until The Kid took a final knee at about 6.10 am, as the early dawn light appears. Man it was hard to keep still, especially at 4.40 when we came out at the start of the 3rd qtr with a bang. I nearly fell asleep on the drive to work this morning. I'm a zombie now. Need coffee and plenty of it.
Awesome SD. Glad u caught this one, the Volume setting didn't do the crowd noise much justice, but hopefully u DVR'd it so you can see it again in the afternoon when ur more awake. Great D. Things have changed. I picked the wrong game to shell out $ 124 on NFL Gamepass. So yesterday's game was a 6am start time and I watched it on my laptop. Great quality picture. Love Gamepass The problem with 4pm game times is it's a 6am Monday morning start here so it gets in the way of morning activities, showering, breakfast and then leaving early in the 3rd quarter to go to work. So I took today off and tuned in. Blah.
