I'm at my wits end with this team, as i'm sure many are. I just had to get my 2 cents in, on what i think needs to be done, this offseason; 1-clean house with this coaching staff 2- part ways with: Favre Coles Law 3- Spend the FA money on the best pass rusher available(Haynesworth?) 4- Have an open competition at QB with Ratliff and Clemens 5- Package something to move up in the draft, and get the next "Revis" 6-Find a way to get Leon the ball more 7- Teach our LB's how to cover a TE, or RB, in the open field We need to concentrate on building this defense. Period.
Basically offer everything you got for Cowher and Co. to come in and take over. Still run the 3-4 so i think its possible. Get Rid of coles and law and spend big on a pass rusher OLB or DE/DT and go after Asomugah.
We can't have another QB comp. We need a great OC and a top QB coach to make a decision before TC. However the guy is has to get the reps all of them and be the man.
