    Yes.

    Nothing official has come out, but some runners reportedly said they were told of " an electrical explosion" so there is a chance it was an accident. Let's hope it was.

    Probably not an accident... reports of more "devices" found unexploded. Police reporting three deaths right now.

    I can't imagine an electrical explosion would cause something like that. It looks like a bomb went off.
