I've decided to put together a top 25 list of draft eligible prospects. RIGHT NOW, this list is simply pre-season speculation, but I will edit this board after every week of the college football season. You'll notice a ton of under-classmen, but the majority of these guys should enter the draft. 2010 is looking like it could be one of the best drafts of all time.

If you guys have any questions about any specific players listed or not listed, fire away.

    1. Defensive End - Carlos Dunlap - Florida Gators - JR

    2. Safety - Eric Berry - Tennessee Volunteers - JR

    3. Quarterback - Sam Bradford - Oklahoma Sooners - JR

I like Rolando McClain a lot too, but I didn't want to overload this list with backers...especially with 3-4 guys like Hardy, Kindle, and Selvie on the list too.

More than likely, he'll be on the list after the first or second week of the college football season.

No...not yet at least. His accuracy is very questionable (only a 56% completion percentage) - that's why I left him off.

I've never been a fan of Houston Nutt quarterbacks, but Nutt has never had one as talented as Snead either.

It will be very hard for me to keep him off of my board if he becomes more accurate and puts up big numbers in the SEC again.

Mt. Cody will be a top 5 pick if he shows he wants to be a player. That position is in such high demand. Probably even more so next year.

How high do you havev Anthony Davis (Rutgers offensive lineman) ranked? He's dominated at both guard and tackle

I don't know how you have Okung off that list since he will be a Top 10 pick in 2010, and could be a Top 5 pick as the #1 OL taken. He's also an offensive tackle, not an offensive guard.

There's a growing chance that I've figured out who you are, Al Davis, seeing that you have Everson Griffen as the #8 prospect. Must be based on his measurables. He's a good prospect, but as of now not worthy of being that high. You've got Suh at #21, when he too will be a Top 10 pick. He's the best DT in college football.

And my favorite OT for the 2010 draft is Trent Williams, not Trent Lewis as you call him. And if you are going to include Romeus and Wright, you need to include McClain.

I'd have Davis ranked as a round 2 pick, or at least that's where I believe he'll end up after the season. He doesn't really have the size or feet to be a Left Tackle, or the bulk to play on the right side, but he'd be a perfect candidate to move back inside to guard. It would be easy to get forgotten about on RU's O-Line, but Davis is a very talented player, and probably would be going into at least his 2nd season as a starter no matter what school he went to. He has to mature a bit (read: lot), but he'll be a heck of an NFL player.

Yeah he got suspended for a game last season (from what I hear him and Britt blazed and failed a test)...he's really athletic and while he's played well at tackle I think you're right about him being ideal moving back inside at guard

Don't you need to be focusing on your extremely realistic mock off-seasons over on that Falcons' board? Thomas Jones and some trash for Marshawn Lynch and Lee Evans, right? Lee Robinson #1 overall, correct?

These are my rankings...based on my opinions.

Russ Okung plays tackle for OK State, but I think he'll play guard at the next level...just a hunch. There's no way you or anyone else can say he'll be a top ten selection in 2010's draft...especially in May of 2009.

Ranking Griffen that high is based on measurables...but I also believe he'll have a monster year for USC. Not many teams will want to pass on a 6'3 265 pass rushing specialist that has a 40 time in the low 4.4s.

That's you're opinion of Suh. Gerald McCoy is my top rated defensive tackle...and once again, there's no way to project where a player will get drafted this early. The season doesn't start for almost three and a half months.

Sorry I made an error - I must've been thinking of Travis Lewis at the time. I'm glad Trent Williams is your "favorite".

Why do I have to include Rolando McClain in my rankings? There are a ton of other prospects that could be listed, but I didn't want to have the "just missed" list be thirty players long, so I kept it simple with six.

With Sanchez leaving USC, we could see a repeat in the National Championship again.

Oklahoma and Florida are both incredibly stacked...

I'm hoping that every single one of them will come out, but that won't happen.

I just hope Eric Berry doesn't pull a Taylor Mays and stay in school for his senior season...he's an amazing talent.

I read most of the practice reports for USC (both fans and media) and the one theme that remains consistent throughout all of them is that Griffen has been absolutely unblockable so far this spring.......apparently ending up in the coaches dog house last year has really lit a fire under his ass. If I had to pick one player to explode on the scene next year it would be him.

I've been hearing the same things, man...that's exactly why I've ranked him so high. (...another reason being I've heard he can hit the 4.3s when running the 40 - a 265 pounder running in the 4.3s in flat out amazing)

There's no way in hell Malik Jackson, a Fresno de-commit, should have been getting more plays than him.

I'm not trying to overhype this player, but Everson Griffen is the most athletic defensive end that I have ever seen.

Since I'm starved of college football now  reading these draft threads keeps me informed as I can be.
