I have to go with: Jets: Everyone is underselling us because of PRESEASON. I'm still confident in this team. Chargers: People expect Peyton to be 100% and for Denver to run away with the West. If Rivers stops turing the ball over and Norv Turner somehow is competent, SD makes the playoffs Cowboys: O-Line is almost as bad as ours and their coaching staff isn't very good/experienced but they have a damn good, underrated QB in Romo. The defense will be better. Romo has weapons when everyone is healthy. Bears: Quiet offseason but they look scary with the addition of Marshall and getting Cutler and Forte back healthy. This is a very good team that could beat the Packers out for the North.
Seahawks: I thought they were under-rated, but they might be going towards over-rated now with all the coverage they have been getting. I love Russel Wilson, but I don't think their running game is going to be that great. Defense should be allright. Titans: Their offensive firepower is impressive. Locker has a great arm and can run pretty well. Wright, Washiington, and Britt are three excellent WRs with exciting potential. CJ should bounce back after his dismal season last year. I'm not sure about their defense, nor do I have a good read on how they'll perform, but that offense could be downright scary.
I agree with the Chargers possibly being a dangerous team. But i think the sleeper team to come out of the AFC West will be the Raiders. They'll have Carson Palmer healthy and inshape from the beginning of the season an improved Darious Heyward Bay. Darren McFadden heathly. I think they could turn some heads at 10-6. Another team could be better then last year will be the Texans. Houston is a Superbowl talent team but the question mark for them is can Schaub be healthly for a full 16 games.
I would think anyone who doesn't see the Texans as one of the top four, or even three, teams in the AFC is underrating them. I also think the Falcons will surprise people.
