Still, probably the best QB to come out of the 2006 draft including Young and that deadbeat the Jets took in round two. Leinart doesn't even deserve mention.
Cutler sucks. Yes, I know his supporting cast isn't the greatest but this is a classic case of million dollar arm ten cent head.
This. Vince Young is a winner and isn't that all that matters in the NFL? And he's shown signs of putting it all together the past couple years.
He is on a much better team. His stats don't come even close to Cutler including yardage, completion Pct and QB rating.
once again....Young produces wins, Don...Cutler is a failure...all that other shit you're talking about (yardage, completion Pct, cock size) means nothing. also...when Tenn was in that freefall last season (starting 0-6 or whatever).....Young came in after Collins got benched...and guess what....he won games. So your "much better" team excuse stinks too.
There isn't a person following football who would ever say that over their first 4 1/2 years that Young is better than Cutler..nobody but you. What does that tell you?
They wanted to draft him in 2006 and then trade for him last spring. Glad nobody listened. I picked Cutler, he went in the first round, everyone called him the next Favre, yet has never been to the playoffs and plus he's a crybaby. Romo came out of nowhere, has been to the playoffs and nailed Jessica Simpson. Am I missing anything?
oh right....you're the doofus that makes shit up to back up your arguments.....*slaps forehead* I like to win games, Don.....if you want to win with statistics and not win where it counts...like the win column for instance.....then that's your perogative.
As over-rated as Cutler is I'd still take him over V. Young. I think Young is a good fit for the Titans offense with Chris Johnson because of the duel running threat. I don't think he's an NFL QB. Cutler at least seems to have the tools.
VY and Cutler have two different styles....you're right in that VY fits Tenn's system....but he has shown improvement in throwing the ball down field, and he's mitigated his past turnover problem. When you have a guy that can throw and be a threat to run anytime he's on the field (a la Vick).....you have a pretty good chance to win. Which VY has already proven...given his Won/Loss ratio. Cutler, on the other hand, makes horrible decisions. He too...has had a good team around him (in Denver) and was mediocre at best. I don't really care what Cutler's potential is anymore.....you don't throw 4 INTs to the same fucking DB....I would take VY over Cutler in a heartbeat now....Cutler has now failed in 2 systems.
I never liked Cutler and the fact that McDaniels ran him out of town sort of sealed it for me. Million dollar arm... ten cent head. He's like the poor man's Jeff George, which - if you remember Jeff George - ain't saying much.
I never thought i'd agree with a Pats fan....but today must be a red-letter day. You are correct, sir.
I take Vince Young any day over Cutler and twice on Sunday. And this is from someone that wanted Cutler in 2006 and wanted us to trade for him. The kid wins. And while his leadership skills leave something to be desired, at least when the going gets tough he doesn't get that puss look on his face and he doesn't hang onto the ball for half a minute. VY has guts, and mobility. Cutler has a vagina and happy feet.
