Wow, your mock-offseason frequency is off the charts...

Well I like the 4 signings, but again, Corey Williams is a pass-rushing, pocket-penetrating DT. He would be an awesome signing, but he's a 3-4 DE, not a NT.

Gholston is the right pick and Merling is a solid one too. Merling had a monster season too statisticly. He should be a guy to watch for.

Fine with Albert, but I don't think Henderson is the 3-4 OLB type. Find another guy. Try a guy like Cliff Avril or Tommy Blake, even though there's a chance they might not make it to round 4.

Why bench Coleman? He had a decent season. 86 tackles from a DE must mean he's making some plays at the line. And being that Corey Williams is a 3-4 DE, than either forget about him or Merling. No way we go for/need both.

We could use another CB IMO. I wouldn't be content with Dyson starting. Go for a middle-class, under the radar type of guy.

I'd also consider better analysis of the depth chart or none at all if I were you.

You've come a long way (in a short time due to the frequency of these mocks), but they're getting much better.

I really like the Lilja and Andrews signings...we would have a nice young group of olineman to work with.

There is no way in hell Henderson and Rucker go in the fifth and sixth round.

So instead of criticizing him, throw out a better one. He's bored, he's doing a mock. Get used to it, its the off season.

You realize that this guy is just a troll, right? He purposely makes these as rapidly and off kilter as possible just to provoke reactions which is why everyone makes fun of him. When he is told "so and so player does not play that position", he replaces him with another player of a more ridiculous fit for a position. He seemingly randomly places people in the draft and talks trash with people who disagree with his posts. Lots of us have done serious mocks where we spend hours looking at film, evaluating the team and trying to figure out a reasonable draft. This guy just posts mocks for shock value, for shits and giggles if you would. Forget draft and trade value, his mocks make no sense just from a numbers standpoint: He often has extra draft picks out of nowhere, trades with teams who have no cap room and makes a ridiculous amount of trades which is something that rarely (if ever) happens in real life.

If instead of putting all of his energy into trying to get a reaction out of the people that actually enjoy analyzing and discussing the draft and churning out as many of these threads as possible he put his energy into focusing on and really working on one solid mock, we might stop "criticizing him" as you put it. Until then, he's some person that is mocking the practice of the mock draft.

Hell, I did one out of boredom because I was up at some ungodly hour of the night and couldn't get to sleep no matter what I did. It was still coherent.

i try it once again, to help you, but you gotta promise to stop beeing a jerk, ok?

we would still need a S desprately, Elam is definitly not the answer, at least not yet, maybe in 2-3 years

instead of making 3-4 mocks a week, try thinking about one mock for a week, and than post it...

i don?t think trading is a good idea. there are some FAs out there (not only Hamlin) and there are some promising prospects in the Draft, it?s your Mock, not mine.

you can look up mine and see how i managed that, but you should think about that yourself, that?s the basic idea of a mock.
