This is actually a rare bad MNF game this season, they've been mostly good matchups. It's the TNF games that have been terrible, and it happens every year.
I googled worst Monday night football game ever and came up with a lot of hits for the Giants-Vikes 'classic' a couple years ago when the Giants were 0-6 and the Vikings were 1-4 starting Josh Freeman off the street. This has a good list of historically sucky games (and guess who's #1 lol) http://nypost.com/2013/10/18/where-do-giants-vikings-rank-among-all-time-mnf-stinkers/
Gonna be fucking epic. And I'm intrigued about the undertones about UFOs throughout the season. I have an inkling of what will happen, but only because I know about a pretty famous Minnesota UFO incident from that timeline.
I'm trying to not read anything about that incident. Every week my brother calls me 5 minutes after the show and says-"did you see the aliens in this one?" Well, except for last week--that was pretty obvious. Interesting when Bear took the whore out to the woods--you never heard the gun shot followed by the flock of birds flurrying away. _
Yeah, I think she's still alive. He already proved to have compassion and a level head during the police station siege. As far as UFOs, I happened to catch a replay of episode 1 and totally forgot about the most obvious UFO thing... The reason Rye didn't see the car coming after the diner shooting was because he was staring in the sky at a UFO. And yeah, don't look up that Minnesota incident until after tonight's episode, I kind of feel gyp'd since I already knew about the details.
I hope they dont bring the UFO angle in, but its coming...That was the first wtf scene in episode 1 where the dude got hit. As I was saying, this show's creator knows what he is doing...Compared to what True Detective was this past season. Fargo destroys it
I don't think the finale will be all about aliens. I think it'll be a bloodbath. Fun. But it will definitely end with aliens, Sam from Cheers is in for a close encounter.
Well if you remember season 1, old Lou made several references to "the Sioux Falls Massacre" back in 79 --so a bloodbath has already been foretold. It's why he left the force and bought the dinner. _
Not a Cake Boss fan--or any of the baking shows. I only do the cooking shows--other than that abortion of a show Cut Throat Kitchen. Too bad, I really like Alton Brown--loved Good Eats. _
First off, football is football Second, going into the season the Ravens are usually a safe bet to be good. And the Browns intriguing with Manziel. So this wasn't an outlandish game to choose, it just fell apart.
I would have interest if Manziel played. But I have no interest at all, but I'll find myself watching nonetheless
