Maine could have thrown a 4 hit, 2 run gem and still lost. as long as the Mets have an offense that simply gives up after getting behind, I'll never curse the pitcher alone because he becomes irrelevant, unless you expect a shutout every game.
i agree to a degree, if were down 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, you feel like you can come back, 5-0, 6-0, 7-0 its different, but yeah this offense sucks, and our defense sucks
