How do these players expect to get by with these tests. Don't they have knowlegable doctors who can tell them which drug or steroid would get them busted

Where are you getting this info from? How are they "Known" to have used if there was no proof and they pssed their tests? Please, show us a little more proof and facts otherwise it's just sewing circle talk.
4 games = second offence. That's pretty conclusive for me that the guy is a dirty cheat. I'm in favour of second offence = life ban where performance enhancing substances are involved, drugs are bad and penalise the clean players, basically, if they're not clamped down on. But, no, we couldn't go losing all those oh-so-marketable cheats now, could we?
