Would be an ideal situation, in my opinion:

    1. Texans - Terry Bridgewater
    2. Rams - Jake Matthews
    3. Raiders - Blake Bortles
    4. Jaguars - Johnny Manziel
    5. Falcons - Jadeveon Clowney
    6. Browns - Derek Carr
    7. Bucs - Anthony Barr
    8. Vikings - Khalil Mack
    9. Bills - Taylor Lewan
    10. Titans - Cyrus Kouandjio
    11. Giants - CJ Mosley
    12. Steelers - Louis Nix
    13. Jets - Sammy Watkins

Analysis: Some Jets fans will say that they need a QB, but they just took one last year in Geno Smith and they will (and should) give him time to develop. New York has good talent on defense, so the biggest issues to address are the offensive skill positions and O-line. Watkins is perfect for what the Jets need, a guy who possesses top-level acceleration and has a second gear when he needs it. Especially with Santonio Holmes likely gone after this season, the Jets need a vertical and run-after-catch threat, and Watkins could be a big difference-maker for them. At No. 13, he's a good value pick.

Any Jets fan should jump for joy if this happened. A WR on a similar tier to Julio Jones. Maybe we even follow up in the 2nd with McCarron if he's on the board.

I'd be thrilled if we got Watkins at 13... Guy is gonna be a beast and a big help to whoever we have under center next year.

Watkins is who I'm hoping we'll take if he's there. Would be awesome if Amaro or ASJ fell to us in the 2nd.

Yes!! That would be the best case scenario! I want Watkins or Evans in the first and one of those TE's or Van Noy if they fall in the 2nd.

What round has he been mocked to? I heard up to 6 qb's in The first. I wouldn't mind taking one in the fourth maybe Murray or Mettenberger. Got to wonder what teams would take a QB in the 2 and 3 rounds maybe the pats, broncos, chiefs or other teams wanting to groom a future starter.

If we walk out with any of Evans, Watkins or Landry (2nd round) I will be happy. Add a TE and a decent safety and it will get full marks from me.

So, yeah, I would be cool with this mock as well.

He reminds me of a more healthy Hakeem Nicks more than anything.....which we'll take and run.

    Great pick btw.

A Watkins and one of the big 3 TEs would be an absolute coup. Hell, I'd even consider trading one of our 3rds to trade up and take Amaro/ASJ.

    1. Watkins
    1. ASJ
    3. Carlos Hyde

    Game on.

I would be very happy with a Watkins selection. Even though I hate Clemson - he is a great football player and is exactly what this team needs: some talent on the offense.

I don't see the draft falling that way though. There's no chance Clowney drops to the 5. Bortles doesn't go at the 3... and I doubt Buffalo would take the lineman. They might very well take Watkins themselves.

Other than trading up for Bridgewater, that would be my ultimate draft.

Watkins and McCarron and I'm done.

I'm all about trading back into the first right now. If it's looking like Amaro could fall into the second, than I wouldnt bother.

I want Watkins/Evans with our first rounder. If their both gone, I'm ok with Khalil Mack. If we could trade back into the first without giving up a third that would be awesome, albeit unlikely.

Basically with our first 2 picks, I want two of:

    Watkins/Evans/Ebron/Mack/Amaro.

Jadaveon Clowney to the Texans on the 1. Jake Mathews to the Rams on the 2. After that it's unclear what happens.

JJ Watt and Clowney on the same D Line??? Yikes, that's a scary thought for opposing offenses. I think the Texans go QB #1 though since they are looking for a new starter.

Knowing the Rams they trade down with that pick, someone is going to pull the trigger for Clowney. I also don't see nearly that many QBs taken, there's way too much PROVEN talent at marquis positions (DE/Pass rusher, left tackle) to take a QB from Fresno State/San Jose state.

I agree, I think there's no chance Texans go with Clowney over Bridgewater. Just like when the Rams picked up Bradford over Suh, you don't miss on a #1 QB and probable franchise quarterback when you don't have one regardless of how good the next prospect is.

I just cant see Watkins falling out of the top 10 picks, unfortunately. I have a feeling Buffalo will take him.

I would still love Mike Evans, however.
