Just got back from Nashville - huge win. We beat them up on the LOS! THat's the sign of a dominant team! JEnkins could be the most important Jet over the pst 20 years.

I saw the game's inertia set on a second down completion to McCaeirins eary in the 1st quarter, where he stepped out of bounds, rather than fight for the 2 yards to get a 1st down. THey got stuffed on the next play and that was that.

Was nice to see consistency from an old friend.

I was wondering when someone would start a McCareins thread. Man was it great to see him on the field AGAINST the Jets. He is the absolute worst - easily the player that I have hated more than any other when he was on the team (in my relatively short 10-year span as a Jets fan). Good riddance to that piece of shit.

Everytime Justin McCarriens catches a ball a kitten dies...thankfully that doesn't happen a lot.

In my drunken stupor at the bar where I was watching the game all I could ramble about was how McCareins effectively ended our season last year with one missed catch.

I was surprised the guy caught passes today. but whatever, glad he's gone, and cannot honestly believe he has a starting gig anywhere in the league, even if it is with worst recieving corp in the NFL.

Regardless I think I hated Curtis Conway more. I had high hopes for Conway in his two year stint with the Jets, he showed consistent hands for a decently long career, comes here and he wouldnt have caught a pass with stick-em on his hands. mccareins, I just wanted off the field, after his first season in NY i decided he couldnt catch and promptly didnt get surprised when he dropped ball after ball, and gave up on play after play.

Judging by how the Titans receivers played today, that wily veteran has taught them just about every thing he knows regarding the fine art of football-catching.

watching mccarins drag his feet and head out of bound from 5 yrds in from the sidelines was a thing of beauty. hell the 1st down marker was a foot away.

that one play alone totally changed the early complexion of the game, especially forcing them to punt on the next play.

i remember that play, it looked like he confused the "lighter colored grass" near the sideline as the out of bounds line. He did make a stunning grab keeping both feet inbounds on that play, oh wait he was 3 feet from the sideline! Im so glad ol'stone hands JM is gone.

Had no clue what they were chanting, something about the ref's sucking. Very immature crowd in that the 2 PI calls, while killing some late momentum, were after the game was over. They did not impact the game. What impacted the game was the fact this is a team that went undefeated solely on the strength of their O and D fronts, and we dominated both!

Too bad the fans didn't comprehend that. I must say that my section was good natured and entertaining.
