Since Mawae wasn't even on Tennessee last year, I'm not sure why he's getting the death gaze, but okay. Speaking of Mawae, I wonder if he still thinks that Mangini has completely lost the Jets players? Is there anyone around who still thinks that getting rid of Mawae and replacing him with Mangold wasn't a brilliant move?

Jeff, isn't Mawae some kind of "big wig" with the players union? Maybe the death gaze was something more than we know.
Interesting theory - I could certainly understand McNair being pissed at the union, since (as always) they basically rolled up into a ball and let a team totally mistreat one of the players. As Bryant Gumbel said, the NFL players union is certainly the biggest joke in sports.
