"Brandon Marshall on ESPN: "What's the Island called? Revis Island? Well, I just got married. Maybe we'll honeymoon there." adam shefter twitter
They have a special holding cell on Revis Island for Women Beaters. Santonio will be spending most of training camp in it.
Santonio and Brandon are going to be compared/contrasted all season. All the while, Braylon's going to break out.
i can already tell this douchebag and rex ryan are going to fight...brandon marshall actin clueless like ochocinco did...hes only gonna be another victim..its whatever
This guy won't do shit against revis. He might catch a decent amount of balls but for like 8 yards a catch. TRAASH!
no sense getting worked up about this. we all know he stands no chance on revis island just like every other loud mouth receiver who thought they could. cant wait for him to become a victim
The last guy who challenged the Island through the press (or his own press, OCNN) was held to two catches in two games.
The funny thing about receivers is that they think it's all about them. Fact is it's impossible to catch a ball if it isn't thrown to you, and quarterbacks take one very brief look towards Darrelle and think..... nah, maybe not. Congratulations Brandon, you just learned what Revis Island is all about.
We all know Marshall's wife will not be on Revis Island. Could you imagine the beating she would get when she meets RC?
To be fair Marshall is a helluva lot more talented (and physically gifted) than Ochocinco. Although Henne isnt as good of a QB as Palmer. Id be shocked if Revis can completely shut down Marshall twice a year (all it takes is 1 lucky catch), but all he has to do for us to win is just contain him, and hold him to a mediocre 40-50 yards a game. From there on its all about our run defense Then again Revis completely rocked Schaub and Andre Johnson last year, and they both had monster years so who knows.
You nailed it with the Andre' Johnson comment...Brandon is going to get a rude awakening...it won't be a total shut down...he's too talented for that...but...welcome to "fantasy island" Peace! The Mezz
Marshall's biggest attribute is what he can do in the red zone. Don't be surprised if he continues to be successful there. That's the benefit of being 6'4" and not a midget. It's also why he is elite and not just another good receiver.
Brandon Marshall is a nightmare to cover. A guy with his size and speed is downright unfair. Remember, this guy had 21 receptions in a single gamehmy: It should be very fun to watch the matchup between Marshall and Revis because I personally think Marshall is the most talented reciver in the league at the moment and of course Revis is by far the best CB in football. Revis will have to bring his A-game because one slip on Bmarsh on he will make you pay.
