I've been bored causing me read on useless articles I came across one saying Mario Manningham could be a cheap option at WR this offseason. With the Giants knowing Hicks and Cruz must get paid they could look for a more economical choice at #3. I wanted to get thoughts being I am on the Bring Back Braylon Bandwagon. Who would you prefer? Or can we afford both?

He is 6 foot 185 and had 39 catches this year. Why in the world would we want him?

he is good - never really took off with the team but makes clutch catches when he is thrown to.

I wouldn't mind him coming to the Jets.

Catches were affected by injuries. He usually can make the big catch.

He had Eli throwing to him. We have Sanchez.

Why do you use Eli's first name and Mark's Last?

"He had Manning throwing to him. We have Sanchez."

"He had Eli throwing to him. We have Mark."

    Just curious.

Also, I have little doubt about Sanchez's ability going forward.

Eli took tremendous steps this season and is a in a whole different class than he was last year, so dont compare the two years. I would say last year he was a good QB while having the most turnovers in the league. Last year Manningham put up 60 catches for 950 yards and 9 TD’s. Thats pretty damn solid with just a good QB. Eli did NOT make his WR’s last year.

I guess you can put it this way. How many guys in the NFL are named Eli? How many are named Mark?

Sounds a lot like our #1 receiver.

We have Kerley as our number 3 and a small guy as our number 1. Id rather see a better receiver that Manningham to become our number 2.

He'll be cheap because he's not very good. Not a bad depth guy to have.

He's the only QB named Eli. He's not the only QB named Manning. That is why everyone calls him Eli and everyone calls Mark, Sanchez.

If we get manning as our qb I would sign Wayne as our # 2.
I also want to see us get Scott chandler for TE. 6'7" and 263 lbs we can pla a lot of 2 TE sets

Yeah, good luck entering your fantasy season with Hunter as the starting RT. He’d be the sole reason why one of the GOAT is retired and has neck problems for the rest of his life.
