Is that he thinks he knows everything better than everyone else... An early career HC should be bringing in coaches around him with a myriad of experience to make up for what he lacks. The great Mangenious on the other hand brings in other early career coaches like BC who have no real experinence and are just glad to have jobs... he doesnt WANT to hear other opinions - NOT THE SIGN OF A TRUE LEADER or anyone who will EVER be successful in managment

Sutton has experience. That is not helping him.

He was supposed to be an X's & O's.
    -FAILED-
    He's more Ex's & Oh's

Isn't this what he had over Herm? Ironically, our 1st 10-6 (with Chad) He showed more and has regressed!

Mangini was a mistake. Not enough experience and not willing to listen to though that have it.

But I say both the OC & DC are to blame also.

Look what Miami has done with half the tallent.

You guys can blame Mangini and his experience. But damn, how much experience does Harbaugh have in Baltimore. Gruden with the Raiders?
